I had a good experience with the LXM questionnaire. The questionnaire had mind blowing questions that challenged me to assess myself from a point of a follower. I must say that even though I did my best in answering the questions as honest as I could, in some of the questions, I feel that I was biased. I think that if another person could have evaluated me using the same quality essays questionnaire, my score could have varied slightly. However, I did my best and I was able to assess my leadership style.
