Door-type dishwashers, also known as hood-type or pass-through machines, represent a popular choice for medium- to high-volume food service operations. These units feature a lift-up hood (door) that allows racks of dishes to be easily loaded and unloaded, making them ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and catering facilities where speed and reliability are essential.

Key Models Available The standard series focuses on two primary variants designed to accommodate different electrical requirements:

  • GT-D1M (LE-RB) – a single-phase model suitable for locations with standard 220–240V power supply.
  • GT-D1M (TC-RB) – a three-phase model optimized for higher power demands and faster performance in busier environments.

Both models share the same compact external footprint, ensuring they fit into similar kitchen layouts without major differences in space requirements.

Compact and Practical Design These dishwashers measure 697 mm in width, 683 mm in depth, and 1620 mm in height, providing a balanced size that combines efficiency with ease of placement. The loading height of 420 mm allows convenient rack insertion at a comfortable working level, reducing strain on staff during repeated use.

Performance and Cycle Options Wash cycles are optimized for productivity:

  • The single-phase version offers 70- or 100-second cycles per rack.
  • The three-phase model provides faster 60- or 90-second options, enabling higher throughput during peak service periods.

Water consumption remains economical, with rinse usage kept below 2.0 liters per cycle in both configurations, helping control operational costs and supporting environmental responsibility.

Heating and Power Specifications Powerful heating elements ensure consistent results:

  • Single-phase model: wash tank heater at 2.0 kW and booster at 2.0 kW (alternative heating 3.5 kW / full heating 5.5 kW).
  • Three-phase model: wash tank heater at 3.0 kW and booster at 9.0 kW (alternative heating 11.0 kW / full heating 14.0 kW).

This configuration delivers reliable hot water for sanitizing while adapting to available electrical infrastructure.

Pump and Mechanical Features Both models are equipped with a 0.95 kW wash pump and a 0.25 kW rinse pump, providing strong water circulation for effective cleaning. The design prioritizes durability and consistent performance even under continuous operation.

Applications and Benefits Door Type Dishwasher excel in settings that require quick turnaround of tableware without occupying excessive floor space. Their straightforward hood-lift operation simplifies loading/unloading compared to conveyor models, while the choice between single- and three-phase power allows installation flexibility across different kitchen setups. These machines balance cleaning power, water efficiency, and ease of use, making them a practical choice for professional food service environments.

In summary, standard door-type dishwashers deliver dependable, high-speed washing in a compact format, supporting smooth kitchen operations where efficiency and reliability matter most.
