Around 1997 Bettie Serveert did some 'cover' shows of the Velvet Underground in the Netherlands. Their last show at the Paradiso, Amsterdam was recorded and later released in 1998 as a limited (± 5000) edition cd, called 'Bettie Serveert Plays Venus in Furs and other Velvet Underground songs'.
The Betties made some Super 8 movies, which were projected during their 'cover' shows, just like the Velvet Underground used to do.
This is a compilation of those Super 8 movies with the live-version of 'Beginning To See The Light', a song that can also be found on that cd.
