Penthouses in Moscow

"A hat over the roof" - that's how the Americans describe a penthouse. A penthouse is a house over the house-top with a vent to the roof around it. A classic penthouse should enjoy the three compulsory features:

? a large sun-parlor with a sound dump course and a room for a garden or a grass-plot or a small swimming pool;
? a de luxe class wrap-around windows at the second level (winter garden);
? a look in all directions, presumably at least three sights - urban, green zone and architectural and/or historic memorials.

How Expensive Is Expensive in Moscow?

Everybody in Moscow likes to talk about how expensive it is to live here. Passport Magazine decided to put the gossip to the test. We asked some of the leading real estate agencies in the city to show us examples of what there is on offer if money is no object.
